Double  queen bed at the 1st floor,with a tiny terrace and a landscape view to the valley. Whens the sky is very clear is possible to sight the Appennini.

The private bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet produccts.

Guests can always get a coffee or a tea available in the breakfast room at the ground floor.

Apartment with separate entrance and separated from the rest of the B&B. This loft has 1 small living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with bath/shower. On the mezzanine there is a double bed and cot with additional bathroom. There is the possibility to add an adjoining room with a double bed for larger families. When the weather pemit it, it's also possible to have breakfast or dinner outside on the front patio which is divided from the rest of the courtyard of the house by a gate. In the garden of the house there are two Australian shepherds who love to be with guests. 

The spacious double room with adjoining space with table and small balcony. In addition it has a sofa that can become a single bed, more suitable for teens. It has a private bathroom with shower and toiletries including towels. In the breakfast room on the ground floor there is the possibility to prepare tea or coffee at any time. The house also has a washing machine if needed.
